今年7月的購車的經驗: 1.業務為了拿到訂單,先答應一些事,然後再來說當初搞錯了,所以還要如何如何的,很煩。 2.跟業務約時間,都是業務決定一個時間後,然後自己遲到快1個小時,也不會先來電說明一下,要我一直等。 3.當初看車時詢問有沒有環景系統,業務拿DM出來說有,DM上的環景圖片正常。下訂後打來說原廠音響較差所以換更好的副廠,如果不滿意可再換回原廠,當下有同意。交車後,環景系統不到一個禮拜前景就壞了,雖然後面不知為何自己好了。但是環景的兩側模糊,後方畫面扭曲,我根本無法好好停車,深深覺得自己花錢找自己麻煩,跟業務說明後並要求換回原廠的環景,業務就說DM上的環景圖片是"假的",原廠的環景實際上比副廠還糟,還開始搬人情說副廠主機是他送的,而且還有工時機千塊要誰吸收...等。 如果一開始有說""DM上的環景圖片是"假的",原廠的環景實際上比副廠還糟。副廠的環景會兩側模糊,後方畫面會扭曲"",我何必花錢裝環景系統。副廠主機我不希罕,可以還你們。但是請裝回原廠環景而且要跟DM一樣,或是退我裝環景的錢,我找其他區的現代汽車處理,如果得到相同答案,大不了就不裝了。 我現在對「鳳山店」的個人購車經驗是非常的不愉快,覺得DM廣告不實,通知業務也常得到他現在在忙,然後就沒消沒息的,直到我自己主動聯絡。副廠音響有問題後還要我自己花時間跟副廠聯絡並自行過去找副廠的技師,副廠技師的技術又爛透了,不但沒處理好還出現新的小問題。 我會將這次經驗告訴身邊的人,請他們永遠不要購買現代的任何車子,更不要來「鳳山店」,保證會後悔。

After explaining to the business and requesting to change back to the original factory's surrounding scenery, the business is called the surrounding scenery on DM. The picture is "fake", the original factory's environment is actually worse than the deputy factory, and he started to move favors to say that the deputy factory's main engine was sent by him, and there are still thousands of man-hours who can absorb it... etc. If it is said at the beginning that "" the environment pictures on the DM are "fake", the environment of the original factory is actually worse than that of the subsidiary factory. The surrounding scenery of the subsidiary factory will be blurred on both sides, and the rear picture will be distorted "", why should I spend money to install the surrounding scenery system. I don't care about the assistant factory host, and I can return it to you. But please install it back to the original factory and it must be the same as DM, or refund me the money for installing it. I will find Hyundai cars in other districts to deal with it. If I get the same answer, I won't install it. I am very unhappy with my personal car purchase experience at the "Fengshan Store". I feel that the DM advertisement is not true, and I often get the notification that he is busy now, and then it doesn't go away until I take the initiative to contact. After the auxiliary factory’s audio problem occurred, I had to spend time to contact the auxiliary factory and go to the assistant factory’s technician by myself. The assistant factory technician’s technique was so bad that not only did it fail to deal with it, but there were new minor problems. I will tell the people around me this experience and ask them to never buy any Hyundai cars, let alone come to the "Fengshan Store". I promise to regret it.

今天陪朋友去看車,碰到一個姓林的老業務,我們先到,朋友還沒到,一進去就問我們開什麼車,我說開福特的,他說要看一下,看完開始嫌福特內裝怎樣怎樣的,我想說朋友未到,不跟他計較,朋友跟他家長輩一起來,朋友看了一陣子,他也在我朋友面前一直數落我的車,我無所謂,看朋友面子,我笑笑帶過,後來來了一組客人,客人說他們有看過福特,要看看現代的車,好了,這位業務把我叫過去,又要我開車門給這組客人看,再嫌一遍,是怎樣,賣個現代的車,以為頂天嗎?做生意是你家的事,我開什麼車,礙到你家WiFI ?我想,這一輩子我都不會推薦任何一位朋友去買現代的車,哦!對了,朋友換別的業務買車了!恭喜林先生失去一位客人,跟我之後任何人要買現代的反推薦!

有先打電話確認,說可以回去換遙控器電池,到了現場,維修師傅卻說沒貨,要自行去全國電子換,覺得不合理並堅持立場溝通後,說那他們去外面買電池回來後再幫換。 結果最後看了發票發現電池是去近在咫尺隔壁車廠買的,一開始卻想直接打發拒人千里之外,處理方式與態度令人匪夷所思。
