去年12月到這裡看車,原本只是想先瞭解一下,後來沙姓業務一直拜託幫他忙訂個車讓他手頭能多一台車賣,並告知一週內皆可無條件退訂。回去考慮2天還是決定先退掉,結果沙姓業務態度180度大轉變,開始指責客人,重點是當初訂車刷的訂金竟然在訂單上都沒註記,後來還是另一名同事幫忙才成功退掉。結果前幾天做夢夢到個資被外洩。這種服務態度實在不敢恭維,建議還是去直營店比較有保障。連一顆星都不想給!
