★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 徐技師和服務人員態度都很好。但是上週回廠欲烤漆，拆完我的門把後，竟然沒把螺絲鎖回，連假一開門就出糗，整個門把掉下來。今天回廠維修，速度是很快，但完全沒人道歉。來回一個小時的車程和油錢，又發生這麼丟臉的事，至少也該賠不是。
Technician Xu and the service staff have a very good attitude. But when I returned to the factory last week to paint, after dismantling my doorknob, I didn't even lock the screw back. I got embarrassed as soon as I opened the door, and the whole doorknob fell off. Today, I returned to the factory for repairs. The speed was very fast, but no one apologized at all. After an hour's drive and gas money, if such a shameful thing happened again, at least it should be compensated.
