★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務平平。汽車保養一點半進廠，等候時間過久（告知三小時會好）……結果，六點也還沒好。只見員工迅速打卡下班，卻沒任何服務人員關切……連剛進廠時的接待小姐拼命催促結帳，手轉會計後也立馬下班去。在這寒流的天候坐著等車，獨坐四~五個鐘頭在這沒空調的空間身體冷到顫抖……也沒服務人員關切填熱茶。這間的服務真是有問題。一句話……差！這就是現代汽車的服務態度！
The service was mediocre. The car maintenance came into the factory at half past one, and the waiting time was too long (informed that three hours would be good) ... As a result, it was not good at six. I saw the staff quickly punched out of work, but there was no service staff concerned ... Even the reception lady when she first entered the factory desperately urged the checkout, and immediately went to work after handing over the accountant. In this cold weather, I sat and waited for the car, sitting alone for four to five hours in the air-conditioned space. The body was so cold that it shivered ... and there was no service staff concerned about filling hot tea. This service is really problematic. In a word ... poor! This is the service attitude of Hyundai Motor!

台中那時缺雨水等到那時我保固都過了 想說趁保固前更換
