當初貴廠告知若預約1030會跨中午休息時間，所以改成1330入場保養，普通保養也是等了4小時…預約的意義在哪？
知道每位技師都很辛苦，但預約制度有很大的問題！

我是來做8萬保養 原本是在新竹場做 後來被他們人員的不專業氣到 跑來竹北的 這服務態度也差太多 我會為了你們家的服務繼續買你們的車 14年Elentra也差不多該退休了
