★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is a joke, we booked it for two nights only to be told on arrival we have to check out at 12:00 and check back in again at 8:00 but we can leave our baggage in storage (pretty much on the street) apparently we have to leave for the day as it’s there rest hours but if we pay and extra £50 we could leave our stuff in the Room, il never be staying here again, it ruined my last 2 days in Taiwan. Stay way from this dump

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea what’s wrong with the reception service from night shift?(even day shift as well?) Please upgrade employees education about service. If manager feel this’s nothing happens, one day the good review will become the bad review. By the way it’s starting now.
