imcoffee來自台南的精品咖啡品牌為了凸顯咖啡選豆、烘焙與風味表現上的特色，我們經多次研究測試，研發出「!’M COFFEE」獨特的萃取表現方式「金杯短萃」，來保留與展現咖啡豆原始的風土滋味。 「金杯短萃」就像是用了更多咖啡豆，經由三段式萃取(前、中、後)，我們只取前、中段最乾淨、飽滿的部分，做成美式、拿鐵等義式咖啡，醇厚有底蘊，成本卻高出好一般作法好幾成！我們為何要做眼睛看不到的傻事? 因為看不到，但是喝得到，好喝的咖啡是，一杯就可以滿足，那種似水般般的稀釋咖啡，無法通過我們的要求！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 咖啡升級金杯很順口，黑糖鮮奶茶不會過甜也好喝，至於吐司則是OMG的好吃，口感是比較鬆軟的但是也不會都是空氣，是真材實料
 The coffee upgrade Jinbei is very smooth. The brown sugar milk tea is not too sweet and delicious. As for the toast, it is delicious from OMG. The taste is relatively soft but it is not all airy. It is real.

一直都很喜歡I'm coffee店裡面的氛圍跟環境，點個飲料跟甜點就不知不覺把報告打完，很適合在感受藝術氣氛的同時，進去休息一下，換個休閒的氛圍

繞了好幾圈才看到，
是從一旁大約60-80公分寬的樓梯上去
咖啡廳內很寬敞舒適，服務員的服務也很好，

After going around a few times, I saw it.
It is from the stairs about 60-80 cm wide on the side.
The cafe is very spacious and comfortable, and the service of the waiters is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於台南美術館二館的二樓，若沒有參觀美術館，而要進入，要爬不少樓梯?而且入口需要認真找一下。
裝潢、佈置簡單乾淨，以白色系為主，可現場櫃檯點餐，也可以線上點餐，但假日很忙碌時，似乎只提供現場點餐。
食物、飲品算平價，我們點了墨西哥辣味香腸厚片披薩、蛋沙拉吐司、一個高山紅茶磅蛋糕、一塊巧克力蛋糕，食物口味算中上，只是量不大，吃個小點心是OK的。飲品口味也是中上。
如果來美術館逛累了，可以來坐坐，座位挺舒適的☺️
It is located on the second floor of the Second Hall of the Tainan Art Museum. If you do not visit the art museum, but you want to enter, you have to climb a lot of stairs ? and you need to look for the entrance carefully.
The decoration and layout are simple and clean, mainly in white. You can order on-site counter or online, but when the holiday is busy, it seems that only on-site ordering is available.
Food and drinks are considered cheap. We ordered thick slices of pepperoni pizza, egg salad toast, a high mountain black tea pound cake, and a piece of chocolate cake. The food taste is medium to high, but the quantity is not large. A small snack is OK. . The taste of the drink is also upper-middle.
If you are tired from visiting the museum, you can come and sit, the seat is quite comfortable ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality coffee and small selection of nice tea and with oat milk if you prefer the white coffee. The pastry tasted quite ok, not too sweet and the warm brownie is optionally served with vanilla ice cream. Menu in English. The space it quite noisy, there is an outside terrace if you don’t mind warmth and sit u der the umbrella. Although it’s a chain, the quality is much better then other chains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a really good cafe at Tainan Art Museum. They have both outdoor and indoor dining with amazing natural light. The seats are comfortable and very spacious. Perfect for gatherings and date. The color (maroon and cream) is one of my favorite, so I really liked to sit in there and spent almost 2 hours before I boarded the train back to Kaohsiung.
