imcoffee來自台南的精品咖啡品牌為了凸顯咖啡選豆、烘焙與風味表現上的特色，我們經多次研究測試，研發出「!’M COFFEE」獨特的萃取表現方式「金杯短萃」，來保留與展現咖啡豆原始的風土滋味。 「金杯短萃」就像是用了更多咖啡豆，經由三段式萃取(前、中、後)，我們只取前、中段最乾淨、飽滿的部分，做成美式、拿鐵等義式咖啡，醇厚有底蘊，成本卻高出好一般作法好幾成！我們為何要做眼睛看不到的傻事? 因為看不到，但是喝得到，好喝的咖啡是，一杯就可以滿足，那種似水般般的稀釋咖啡，無法通過我們的要求！

The interior environment is spacious and bright. Some seats have sockets for use. The CP value of drinks is high, which is suitable for three or five friends to gather and chat in the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了咖椰吐司，吐司幾乎就是沒烤過，整坨奶油直接ㄍㄡˇ在一起，吃起來超噁心的，給三顆星是飲料的分數。
I ordered the kaya toast, the toast was almost unbaked, and the whole cream was directly mixed together. It tasted super disgusting. I gave three stars for the drink.
