★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在蝦皮上買了一組LOXX的狐狸金電吉他安全背帶扣，鎖上去的時候太大力造成螺絲金色電鍍層掉落，隨口跟店家抱怨了一下，馬上幫我詢問代理商，並寄了新的螺絲過來，也很耐心的解決回答我每一個刁鑽的難題，真的是百年難得一遇的用心店家，大家快用新臺幣下架他們店裡的商品！外縣市的就用蝦皮吧！
(P.S. 我在蝦皮下單後，才過了59分鐘，店家就已經到超商寄件，真的是史上最快！)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is quality. If I had a broken guitar, I would take it here. The staff is cool, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Good prices on strings and accessories, and a good selection of instruments. Definitely worth checking out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many music shops over the years, treated fairly by many and ripped off by a few. As a dumb, with Chinese, foreigner it is extremely nice to have people in the shop who are patient enough to find out what you want when you are not really sure yourself. I went in the other day to replace my old Shure microphone. I have been in before and tested a few microphones and was going to buy the cheaper option. After speaking with the salesman for a while, I walked out with a new mike, a new mike stand, strings for my very old Fender and some other bits and pieces. My point here is that they take the time to find out what you want, figure out what you need and then try to make sure you get it without trying to sell you the most expensive stuff in the shop. The staff are musicians that understand musicians. I am so happy I went with the Shure SM58, it really is what it says on the box - the industry standard. Thanks for the patience you showed me. Anyone looking for a GOOD music shop, I-Rock definitely ROCKS!
