Admission staff here is very nice and responsive!

Some bad Some good, I am a student there. some teachers know how to teach but some of them are not, the activities are bad there, I don't know the purpose of it, I wish they can take out the activity time.

I was considering sending my children here, the campus is nice, but the atmosphere of the school and the town itself has a heavy and suffocating feeling, as if you’re walking around in a steamy sauna with no circulation. And the school feels like it’s in an isolated world of its own or on another planet. Consequently, I didn’t feel I-Shou International School gives off a happy and positive vibe and environment that I would want for my children. Also, IMO, I found the Superintendent Peter Nanos snarky and off putting. He’s overweight and walks around with a limp, not exactly the picture of good health, which I feel reflects poorly on the school and leadership. All of the above did not give me the confidence to choose this school.

I am the Athletics Director at a small school in Taipei. We have gone down to play basketball at this school a few times. They make use of the University gymnasium for the tournaments. The facilities are great. There is a hotel near by that we spent the night at and were then able walk over to the basketball tournament. Breakfast was great. Room was very nice. Would do the hotel, overnight, tournament thing again.

as a previous student in I-Shou, this school is unlike the other school i attend, which they only try to fit you into the mode they like, i-Shou appreciate acculturation, they institutionalized its people to develop themselves based on their free will. i admire how everyone manage to have this unique and and distinctive character. They are happy, sad, and angry, and live just like a normal teen. Sure, they might be stress about their future, but they are closely attach to their psychological of development. i believe student can thrive healthily and lovely in this school environment

Our family moved from Holland to Taiwan this month due to my husband’s work. We have been coordinating with I-Shou since last year to prepare for our son’s education. We really like how easy it has been working with them. They’re very pleasant, helpful, and replies fast to our concerns. Due to Covid we have had many delays in our move. I-Shou has been considerate and has remained in contact the whole time, which assured us as parents that our son will have a good and nurturing learning environment in Taiwan. When we arrived in Kaohsiung and completed our quarantine period, my son’s future teachers sent us emails welcoming us into the group and providing us with the information we need to prepare our son for his new school. We are very happy with I-Shou with how things are going so far. We feel like we have chosen the perfect school for our 6-year old son, considering that this is big change for him and we want to avoid any form of trauma that could impact his life.
