4/22晚上七點多前往購買i13pro,服務我的是一位沒戴眼鏡瘦瘦的男性店員,從購買到資料轉移到舊機回收儲值,兩個多小時整個過程都非常耐心解說,甚至在外面的啤酒快閃店等待資料轉移時,把處理好的手機親自送過來給我,態度客氣又幽默,還給了不少相關配件意見,有需要會回訪跟推薦!!!

今天晚上帶爸爸去買新手機 老爸原本是用i6+ 這支已經瀕臨不行的邊緣 但我只會用上傳到iCloud備份的這個方式 但I6+這老機子速度實在太慢根本無法完成備份 我心想反正老人家也沒什麼好備份的 就換個新手機重新來過吧 但老爸原本很焦慮及擔心 一直唸著換了新手機以前的資料不見了怎麼辦 裡面有個叫Wayne的男店員非常熱心跟耐心 幫忙解決了把舊手機的東西全部無痛移轉到新手機 之後還教老人家一些很基本的操作 全部大概也耗了一個多小時吧 真的特別的感謝 因為我自己也不太會操作 看到老爸拿著新手機安心的回家覺得開心 再次謝謝Wayne 對3C不擅長的老人家來說 遇到一個有願意耐心解決問題的服務員不容易

B店員回覆: 請你們先挑好欲購買機型,前往樓下會有相關人員服務您! 於是我們走樓梯到地下一樓,下樓後看到滿滿的人,然後我自己觀察環境直接在某處排隊等待店員各別服務!等到快服務到我們時,C店員問妳們要購買什麼?我們把型號/顏色給他們! 輪到我們了,D店員已拿好新手機出來-重複確認一下我們需要什麼服務!我說要舊機換新機!他詢問我們要折舊哪隻手機?拿出後看他自顧自的快速按他手上的手機,後來只給我看最後一個畫面說:你們這隻可以折價這樣的價錢! 我詢問「可以拍起來嗎?折舊價格」,他說不行! 我覺得不能拍沒關係,但D店員至少要讓客戶看一下店員的操作方式吧⋯⋯因我怎麼曉得你們按的畫面是iPhone幾的折舊價格呀⋯⋯ 我詢問能用五倍券折抵嗎? D店員直接回我:你們若要買的話再清重新排隊!然後人就直接離開,把我們丟在原地… 我當下打電話詢問蘋果官網客服,Apple台北兩間直營門市能否使用五倍券,電話客服人員回我:線上五倍券可使用,實體券不能使用!我問完電話即結束通話! 我要反應的是D店員,完全未與我確認我拿的是實體還是線上券,沒確認就直接回覆我不行…處理方式極差勁?! 《[i]Store實體店面體驗》 於是我打電話到apple的經銷商-德誼和去A11-I-Store實體店面詢問都可以使用五倍券(實體券和線上券都可),於是我們挑選最近的I-store信義A11館一樓去看手機-店家人潮也滿滿,但是服務專業/有耐心/詢問問題皆能完整不敷衍的回覆!貼膜人員也快速專業! 像折舊手機時還會操作手機回收估價機的畫面給顧客看(像有的畫面我會詢問那是何選項-店員態度極好會ㄧ一回覆) 然後還會幫忙備份和清除舊機資訊,然後還會讓顧客親眼見證舊機被回收手機入桶畫面!(不會像apple直營門市A13的D店員回我:備份很簡單,你們回去按一按就能備份到新手機了) 而且[i]Store的母集團新光三越百貨旗下關係企業法雅客100%轉投資-也是蘋果的零售通路知一

It’s not an Apple Store: same products but you don’t get the proactive, friendly service of Apple - and crazily, it takes 2 weeks just to get a repair test, not even the repair itself.

First of all, the staff here are very very friendly and nothing like the reviews suggest. I wasn’t expecting much after checking the reviews but I came because I couldn’t find any case I like from Fayaque. There were many guests on the weekend but I came into a zealous staff who had stuffed animals hanging with his ID, showed me many case options before I could make a decision. The woman who installed my screen protector was also friendly and professional. Overall I highly recommend this place if you are looking for the best protection for your new iPhone.
