售後服務超差,會把錯都推在客人身上。傻眼! 在109年的11/20在寵物展買了小速攜,然後業務說送雨套和掛鉤基本配件都有送喔! 基於他那麼有名,我就不讓他把送的都寫在訂單上了!因為自己也是展場業務,覺得沒必要那麼龜毛。 結果回家後我突然想起來沒有特別確認防塵袋的部分,所以特地打電話去公司問,結果公司人員回覆買推車都有配所以我就放心了! 結果12月底貨到了,只有一台推車,裡面什麼都沒有。我就打電話去公司問防塵袋和雨罩勒? 他說後面會在補寄。我還說以為分2件包裹寄不見了! 於是繼續等,就在1/19的今天,終於等到了。為什麼會那麼久?因為我改了地址,推車成功寄到了。結果補寄配件寄去別的地方,後面輾轉才知道有這件貨。(這個服務實在⋯) 結果滿心期待的打開,裡面沒有防塵袋。 當我覺得很扯之餘,打電話去問,前面客服客客氣氣的說要確認一下就掛電話了。等了好一會兒,一個感覺是主管的女生打來,就說活動本來就沒有,不可能有說過。然後我就反問那為什麼現場沒有加購?(因為我在現場的加購區看了一輪加購了防髒靠墊和置物袋,他們推薦什麼我就買什麼。)結果他說現場有,我為什麼自己不問?我的老天,我看到什麼就加購什麼?我就沒看到啊?重點我打電話去公司問他說有送,所以我第一天沒加購到第二天知道有送我當然也不會特別再去加購。 說了那麼多,只是想說,寵物展沒比較便宜就只是多送了一個雨罩和掛鉤,上網看就知道他的價值,重點還要受一肚子氣。 也許商品好用,但品牌因為300元的雨套,沒價值了。我不是硬要你送,是因為我等了防塵袋等了2個月,你可以早說我可以買的。然後因為一下說有送一下說沒送感覺被耍不爽而已。 尤其那個主管不知道哪門子自信說,一定不是同事說錯,一定是我問錯的時候。我就不想解釋了⋯
