Uber eats: 要自己加熱喔。好吃,只是310$ 有點貴,份量偏少。 雞蛋是我自己加的。 They will send you the ramen, but it's cold and you need to heat it up yourself using a microwave. I don't have a microwave so I heated it in a pot, the serving portion seems a little small, but I was still full afterwards. It's 310$ and honestly not too different from the 250$ instant noodle cups they sell (which are also tasty), but you might as well spend the extra 60$ and get the meat, onions and slightly larger portion. But it was delicious anyway. I will give 4 stars because I know things are tough on restaurants adjusting due to Covid. But I would suggest adding an option to buy a larger portion, add extra noodles, adding an egg, extra topings (I put the egg in myself, it sadly was veryy soft boild). if you are dying to try ichiran, and can't wait until covid is over, then this may do the trick, it has its signature taste. Otherwise, I would suggest ordering another ramen place on uber and wait until this restaurant opens up to eat it.

Very very long wait but you can actually just go grab the queue and scan the bar code to see if it’s your number yet. So, you can basically go walk around to kill time while waiting.

Ichiran has always been my go-to place for a tasty bowl of ramen. The flavour has been consistently good since I first tried it a few years back. Can adjust the richness of the broth as well as the garlic and spiciness. The place is open 24 hours a day, and there are always long queues, so do your best to avoid lunch or dinner times. Also, its an individual seating arrangement so no need to worry if you’re dining alone.

Expecting long queue, but no, there aren’t any queue this evening. The visitors keep coming but I wasn’t seeing long queue. The ramen itself was good. I give 8/10. I ordered the rich broth and for me its too strong (should’ve back again and order the mediun one), noodle okay, and the pork was juicy. Service also good. All in all it was such a great visit.

The wait was 1 hr. Overhyped is the only word I can think of. Ramen is of nothing special. Pork slice does not melt in your mouth, soup was nothing but salty. Big eater do remember to add on additional noodles, as the standard noodles is way too little. Franchise has maintain the same standard in Japan. However noise level is much higher in Taiwan. Price is on the high side. I will not recommend. However, if u have too much time and got nothing to do, do give it a try for the dining experience.

Price was 364 NTD. The broth is wonderful with a lot of depth but yet still light. Ordered an egg and vinegar. The vinegar adds a nice fragrance to the broth. I think the price is a little bit high. The broth only comes with 2 small pieces of meat. The egg was cooked too long in my opinion. The amount of noodles is not much either. Good service and very clean despite the large number of customers.

Went here on February 2, 2022 at 18:00 (second day of Lunar New Year 2022). The visitor not as crowded as first time of restaurant opening. The waiting queue about 30-40 minutes. Visitors no need to worry because the menu is provided in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and English. Personally liked strong flavors, so I choose rich & strong level of all toppings, except the spicy level (chose the recommended level by the restaurant). If you want to order additional stuff, you can re-order by checking the additional menu and press the bell to process your order.

Pros: marketing; marketing; and more marketing. The expectations were set up high from the start, with the long wait line in the cold outside. The story board once you sit down is a must read if you want to get the whole experience, of being heavily marketed to. It DOES help make the food taste better. The soup base was actually tasty. The place also runs very efficiently. Cons: marketing. Too much of it and the hype was not possible to be fully delivered. I DO NOT believe the little bit of water collected back from under the pot cover makes any difference to the soup base. Neither is the 28.8 meters max distance between kitchen and seat. I think 30 meters would suffice. Also, the stewed pork at $138 was not worth it at all. Just fattier and sweeter. Overall the food was not worth the price charged. Worth a revisit? Maybe, after a long while of say half a year.
