★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience. Went for a hair wash and cut. Lisa was very helpful. All the staff were very thorough and friendly and caring. Super clean. Lots of fun. FYI: We are tourists and the staff knew enough English to get by. Upstairs on third floor. Go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this salon after reading all the great reviews and was pleasantly rewarded with the same exceptional service and friendly attitude by the staff! Kimi also took the time to understand what I wanted in my highlights and suggested doing treatment as well since my hair was really dry. She also told me about how I could care for my permed and highlighted hair. Definitely felt safe trusting her with it all and needless to say, I'm a very happy customer! I'd come back and look for them again if I'm in Taipei!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here twice during my 4 day stay in Taiwan. We found this place after hearing about the hair washing hype in Taiwan and was not disappointed. It’s a great way to treat yourself and relax for an hour.
Prices start around NT $399 for a wash + conditioner + blowout, which is quite a steal! Higher prices comes with head and neck massages.
The service is great here. The staff offers you some drink options upon arrival, I was actually lucky enough to come on a quiet day and one of the staff member offered me some home made snacks :)
Other notes:
- They accept credit cards with an additional fee
- It’s easy to miss, in an elevator and you have to go up to the 3rd floor.
- If there is a wait, I recommend grabbing a pepper bun around the corner, delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我想要称赞 Ming, Kimmy and Ray. Kimmy cut my hair really meticulously and she had a great service. I really liked how she told stories about her equipments and her scissors. Ray washed and massaged my hair with dexterity. It was particularly relaxing and peaceful experience. Ming was very hospitable. I particularly like how they served cold drinks and provided lockers to put bags. Would recommend this place to fellow Singaporeans to visit :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa was really helpful and detailed in styling our hair! We were tourists who decided to spontaneously drop by, and she was very busy but tried her best to accommodate our time. She stayed very late to serve us, way beyond closing time, and delivered excellent service even though she was tired after a long day. She is very talented in identifying what is good for your hair, and she is also very skilled at what she does. She also will help you better understand what is suitable and helpful for you in terms of hair styling, how to dry, how to wax and how to take care of your hair. I definitely recommend people to drop by the salon and visit!
