★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I came to this shop~ yeah I don't know why all my apple stuffs were broken recently. However, my phone is fixed by the sfaff quickly and looks like new one! Also... my MacBook' fans is so noisy and totally disturb others and makes the environment uncomfortable but this problem has been solved by the boss! He is a kind man and humorous! He uses his best efforts to help tacking problems. If your apple products have any problems ~ I'm extremely recommend you to come to this wonderful place! Problems will be solved immediately ~ finally I'm appreciated for their attitude and abilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fix all Apple's products. offer a variety of services including changing worn batteries or buttons, fixing broken screen or covers or camera lens, enquiries on Apps or settings etc.
there are seats for customers to wait and don't be shy to greet the guy if he's fixing something (he is Always busy and there is Always queue before you).
usually the problems will be fixed immediately after some short and swift questions and suggestions and you can watch how the owner fix the product artfully XD guess he makes himself quick and precise since he has never ending customers waiting to deal with never ending problems!
the owner may sound a bit impatient (was scared at his focusing on fixing the iPhonessss the first time I paid visit here) well that's the way he speaks.
he is truly responsive and always helpful. he also gives good advice and tips on how to use the product better and smoother.
call instead of message. the former gets reply faster and more spontaneous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was really unfriendly, as he didn't even bother to check where the problems were exactly came from and jumped to conclusion saying the parts of my phone were broken and needed to be replaced.
Also, I can't even ask for the reason why parts needed to be replaced and what the exact problem was causing for the malfunction on my phone, as he was not going to answer my question and was going to be busy with his own things. He also added, the only thing I should do as a customer is to trust him.
Then 30 mins later everything back to normal on my phone... I was feeling lucky that I didn't spend any unnessary money there!
I will definitely not recommend this place for you guys who eager for help when you encounter problem on your iPhone.
