在其他地方外帶的炸豆腐，很容易到家後，就發現酥脆度消失，或是皮跟豆腐分離，不過小心雞老闆在油炸的時間上掌控的很好，不會碎也不會塌，完整的將豆腐包覆住，外酥內嫩，簡直美味。
加上店面整體相當乾淨，不會讓人覺得是炸雞店就很油膩的感覺，是相當值得推薦的店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了推薦特地去購買，個人覺得雞排算嫩，放了30分鐘也不會太油膩?，但雞蛋豆腐和小黃瓜跟外面一樣，沒有比較特別的?
