器材很多很夠用，重訓和有氧器材都是，現場除了水以外還提供無糖紅茶和綠茶（要自備容器）。
單次使用是100元不限時間，第一次來時要多加50元半卡費，有免費置物櫃，也可以使用淋浴間，有吹風機。
