★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy to shop here, not nearly as crowded as regular IKEA stores. Should come with own ideas though, most shopping is done through catalog or website. Service was very nice and good English.

However, I picked up an online order here then tried to return it here, but they said I couldn't and had to call an arrange for it to be picked up to return. Seems like they need to better integrate with their online services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this is just a pick up Center, they do have some basic items that you can purchase on site. If there's anything you want to order the very friendly staff will assist you. Some of the staff also speak English, and they're very happy to assist you and help you with your purchases or orders. You pay and within two days your items will arrive normally 1 1/2 days later in the afternoon. They do have soft serve ice cream on site they do sell some of their frozen food items as well as some dry things like potato chips and cookies, chocolate. It's way easier to stop here to order your item rather than going to Taoyuan or Taichung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wishing there was a full IKEA around town, but this does do the trick if you already know what you want. You can simply order and have it taken to your home. They also sell quite a few things in the store as well.
Not the full IKEA, but definitely not just a "pickup center"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sounds good to order on Internet and come to collect your order there. Unfortunetly, IKEA's website in Taiwan does not offer *yet !* an English version. So, for foreigners, it is better to visit the shop. However, be prepared to see only a very limited number of furniture and accesories. Still, it's worth venturing there to get something simple (shelves, bedding, lighting...), or order there thanks to IKEA brochure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for what it is, which is an Ikea pickup point with a little bit of instore shopping. Not much to buy (some food). They consistently have meatballs, chocolate and beef bakes. Yes you can buy the legendary star shark soft toy, but no they don’t have tote bags etc. Pick up for orders is outside on the right hand side and fairly efficient. There are a few parking spaces.
