Empty cafe with 3.8 on Google demands minimum spend of 200 for customers that just want coffee lol. Looking at the reviews I dodged a bullet. I’ll come back when some other mediocre chain cafe pretending to be fancy takes its spot after it closes down.

Bad dessert, atmosphere, and service. Let us wait for a long time without any greeting. Tiramisu is obviously NOT qualified as a authentic Italian restaurant. It’s terrible.

Amazing experience to dine in this fancy restaurant! The meal was worth every penny and the wine was one of the best! Enjoyed my 3 course meal here and will always remember the experience! A must visit when stayinग in Taipei Marriot

Great antipasti with good selection of wine. Went there after 8 pm, good and quiet place to relax or chat with small group of friends. Excellent service.

Prices similar to the Starbucks downstairs, minus all the shoving and scrambling for seats. Tasty coffee, but they'd run out carrot cake by noon. Seemed a bit strange.

A woman behind me in line cut in front of me. The employee was standing right there but instead of saying something, he started to serve her. When I spoke up and said "Hello? I was in line before her", he had a blank expression on his face. While he seated me first, I subsequently left. Employees without common sense = lost sales. I've been here before but won't be back after this. Nothing special about the drinks or food. All location on this one.

Oh hey, here’s a fancy coffee bar with some “Italiano vibe”*, why not have a try? True, the coffee and desserts work just fine. Not the service though, they missed one of our two coffees, while we were only the third group of customers. It’s not busy at all. What do you mean we didn’t order two coffees? Your minimum charge for each customer is 200, a dessert set of coffee and another latte totally surpassed that, 250 + 170 = 420. No? Ok fine, we’ll have another dessert. Now why there’s two desserts but only one coffee in our order? Tell me? Oh oh oh you thought the latte was for the dessert set?! We are a group of two people, you thought we want only one coffee? That made total sense! Just double check with us, or leave the bill once you thought the order is done, none of these will happened. And the checkout took forever. Why not finishing my checkout first before you serve other table? Why the change is coming from the barista? Do you guys sterilize your hands after handling the cash? Because that is not what I saw. Yes, it’s CNY holiday and the waitresses were probably just PT wanna had some quick bucks so there weren’t much training if any. But we did pay the service fee, and the whole purchase was almost double the price of Big chain like Starbucks or Luisa. Those extra money should mean something. I know these were no big deal at all, perhaps it’s just the caffein, or my minor OCD got triggered. But my conclusion is that, we customers are just there to pay the rent for your location, and not much else. * (at least good enough for the taste of locals)
