★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和朋友去參觀，剛好裡面有上瑜珈課，只有三位學員，教練很親切，老闆娘和我們聊天，人很好；另外除了上課區還有健身區，如果想的話，可以去參觀或設置預約免費使用看看健身教材；他們的上課是著重在身體健康，不是練肌肉，感覺理念很正向；但是沒有上過他們的正式課程，所以先打四顆星。

這裡的教練是我遇過最好的教練群，專業的知識，還有專業的器材，別在說這裡的器材不夠用，這裡的課表就可以讓一堆人哭天喊地，教練團也直接過濾多餘的器材，直接搬來最適合大家吧訓練器材，也會不定時更新新的訓練器材！
