にほんでは蔵前に店舗がありましたが閉店してしまったので台北旅行で来ることを楽しみにしていました。デザインコンセプトが好きな文房具類を購入。 お店の人が日本ではロフトで取り扱いがあることなど丁寧に教えてくれました。

台北食光:COFE (印花作夥2F )?2 圖8 用咖啡果做成的 店家再用台灣本土的紅玉(台茶18號) 搭配咖啡果發效晒乾后的風味 融合兩種湯在ㄧ起 ㄧ開始我以為送錯了 因為喝起來就是紅玉(心中還想 這紅玉等級不錯啊 還是微碳焙火)但只看到紅玉的葉子在玻璃壺裡 可我點的是「咖啡果茶」吃貨怎能錯過未知未嚐過的味道呢 捧著壺就殺過去櫃檯問清楚 才得知原來是紅玉的茶湯調配咖啡果的水而成 只好要求「看•聞」發效晒乾過的咖啡果了圖8 聞時有股微發酵的桂圓香 濕濕甜甜酸酸的 但還有些隱藏的香氣不是很明顯 就被打斷 吧台小姐姐:這個放的有點久了 聞聞罐子裡的吧。 果真 隱藏的香氣在桂圓味之前就先出鞘 有柑橘 佛手柑。。。就是伯爵味 桂圓香之后有焦糖 微蔗香混合 這下我有點不明白它為什麼要這麼泡了?為了變的有層次變好喝?為了省成本增加利潤?還是增加話題性?畢竟市面上用咖啡果製成飲料的很難見。 (其實等級好的紅玉 經過微碳焙火 也能有以上的香氣甜味 也省事的多)研究下菜單 竟然還有早餐!而且用的是2017世界冠軍所製作的吐司[可怜] 為了這個得來第二次啊 所以加了ㄧ顆?哈 至於COFE 做的COTE 巧克力 這個得另外評分 雖然今天沒吃到2019世界第一的巧克力(圖5 有寫是哪款台灣茶的香氣 請自己看英文)因為賣完了 聽說用的是ㄧ斤6000的茶 這樣就知道是什麼等級了[偷笑] 但是我來之前最期待的碧螺春巧克力 真沒讓我失望 奶味后帶出中味的綠茶香 后味的蔗糖香 製作者真的很用心 用的還是白甘蔗糖 很期待還沒品嚐到的 有沒有其他驚喜的味道 [可怜] ?1 (可以去ㄧ次就好) ?2(值得去兩次以上) ?3(隔三岔五的常去吧)

其實絹印做出袋子不難,只要留意工作人員的教授,印花顏料足夠及範圍有含蓋,用板子下壓有45度角用力刷過,都能成功~大約一小時450元
