B	Benjamin Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As English speakers, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find that not only was the owner very helpful in finding the right (and very reasonably priced) setup for our tea needs, but he also spoke English well. After 45 mins of chatting and sampling teas, we settled on a very nice (mid 90s) Yixing clay pot, some cups and oolong. We will definitely be returning if ever we are back in Taipei, and will be calling him up to ship us some more tea when we run out!

It is run by a cute, gentle man by the English name Aaron (not sure his Chinese name, sorry), and he has been operating this shop for more than 30 years! His shop is small-sometimes a bit crowded-but he has the most incredible teas and tea wares. Teas: he has a wide variety of affordable oolongs to very exquisite high mountain oolongs (green oolongs, red oolongs, and many others). If you have a particular tea you're interested in buying, you can even ask politely and he'll brew you a small sample. His high mountain Hong Shui and Yunnan black tea were particularly amazing! Wares: almost all of his tea wares are vintage yixing clay pot. They are all authentic — you can tell by the sharp metallic noise it makes.
