★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down one of the most creative experimental restaurants in Taipei. The dishes draw inspiration from traditional Taiwanese favorites and I love how they work with local farmers. Their drink menu has 36 carefully crafted cocktails, each with a story of their own. Try the aged cocktail with barrel aged whiskey, aged for 15 days. We went (for the first time) during Halloween and the basement was aptly decorated. The waiter made the whole experience for us, as his English was near-native and he was super knowledgeable and attentive to us the whole night. The menu changes frequently, but the staff always know what to recommend and I love the stories behind the food!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great and staff were very friendly. We went there to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, they even prepared a small cake for us, very sweet (you will need to tell them when booked on phone). Would definitely go again. Strongly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indulge Experimental Bistro literally surprised me every single time. Their cocktails are categorized using different geographical regions of Taiwan. And they even took the most famous components/ food ingredients from respective regions to create those signature drinks. You can tell how good their bartenders’ skills are from every single drinks. The flavors of ingredients are mixed well while complimented each other so you can identify them individually.
Another A plus goes to their dishes. We’ve ordered the 豆腐乳risottos and it was beyond described. Overall, I think Indulge Experimental Bistro is Top 50 for a very legit reason.

The cocktails are all amazing as well! Delicate and elegant taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best cocktail I’ve had in Taiwan. I ordered 土三, at first it seemed to be a pretty interesting combination of 高粱, whisky, and some other herbal ingredients. It’s a sparkling cocktail which definitely surprised me, a little sour (I love sourness) and great balance of all ingredients. We also ordered the one with Kavalan, winter melon drink, and pineapple. This was also a highlight of the night, and demonstrated the bartender’s ability to surprise us with both of its aesthetic and taste. The food was also awesome, we had beef steak cube and pumpkin soup, the beef dish was so good that I made an additional order after finishing the first one. Last but not least, the menu design was creative and really showed the spirit of Taiwan. Would definitely come back again, gotta try their dinner next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, I have very mixed feelings. I’ve tried 4 cocktails in total, 2 of them were good, and the other 2 mediocre at best. Regardless, I highly recommend the Earth No. 2.
The food was decent but nothing too groundbreaking considering the price. The service and decor were on point. At this price point, I expected something better.
