明明有預約但被忘記,雖然還是有接待但明顯敷衍許多 洗頭是助理就不予置評了(沒有按摩,但隔壁客人有) una不會給你髮型建議,會叫你看IG,身為嘴笨的人,真的是分不出整頁的極短髮要怎麼說出我的需求?而且態度很冷淡,不會詢問或引導,就等你講,覺得你講不出東西就直接開剪 本身有自然捲,但對縮毛矯正有疑慮,很怕燙完會塌(還有特地聲明臉大怕頭髮貼),設計師只說不會啦我都燙十幾個了沒見過自然捲不燙縮毛的,於是獲得史上最塌的一次短髮,後腦勺完全變平的 有特地說明瀏海容易油,不知道有沒有方案可以處理。設計師拍板燙捲,執行者是助理,獲得史上最像阿嬤的一次捲瀏海,設計師好像還不覺得醜?我提出不太好看後,說可以幫你用藥水洗掉啊,要不要洗?你自己決定(我想說回家觀察一下就算了),並且也有說明事後整理有問題可以再私訊找他(可能真的是怕生?或是愧疚?後半段明顯話努力多一點) 但因為我覺得已經無法再信任設計師的手藝和溝通的態度了,怕再去一次也只是二次傷害,一樣的溝通不順、沒達到我要的成果,再被暗示這都是我提的要求,她很無辜只是執行,所以即使這是我剪短以來第二醜的頭髮(第一醜是誤入了家庭理髮廳),但我情願就此作罷... 可能她的剪髮技術就是比較適合熟客,跟長得很標準的美女吧?真心不推薦第一次剪短髮來這裡
