The staffs seem like to gather around in the cafe and talk loudly. Which is kinda noisy. But the interior design and atmosphere here are quit nice. The price is also friendly . But the server's attitude could be better.

Overall, it felt like a safe place to stay. Located a short distance away from the main road but close enough to find cabs and food. Comfortable and cozy rooms for a good rest and a good breakfast portion :)

Overall nice design but the cleanliness wasn’t very good. We had a mildew patch on our ceiling which is very unhealthy, there were crumbs under the glass on the table where you eat breakfast and the carpet in the hallway was stained.

Great service from friendly staff. Suitable for long stay, if u want a quiet and comfortable hideaway from the bustling city. However, not very convenient to travel around as the mrt is quite a distance away. Unless u travel by taxi, getting to and from the airport can be rather inconvenient. Room is comfortable, bathroom has some amenities provided. Toothbrush, toothpaste and shower cap are some basic amenities u can consider providing to guests. Would suggest adding a rack or hooks to hang face towel in the bathroom. The bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Would be good to provide additional service such as dvd player rental for a small fees. Security needs improvement, as the door to the lift, can be accessed directly from the road ( there's only few plants blocking), out of view from the staff at front counter. This means anyone can sneak upstairs to any room if they so desire. i've enjoyed my short stay, hope to return and stay for a longer period next time.

The breakfast was really basic and not very good, rooms are really dark but shower is great! Its about 10mins fast paced walk to Guting MRT. At breakfast we ordered tea and staff was watching videos on the laptop, didnt bring the tea so had to remind her again.

Best place we stayed in our whole two week trip in Taiwan. The rooms are clean and modern, and the free breakfasts are huge. We loved the location - the neighbourhood has Shida market and many old streets and alleys of Da’an near by. Will definitely stay again when in Taipei.

The hotel is located in quiet lanes just a few lanes away from a small night market. The staff were very welcoming for check-in. There are only a few rooms in this hotel, and our room was extremely quiet and comfortable. The beds in Taiwan are usually quite hard, and while this bed was firm, it was still comfortable to sleep on. We would definitely stay here again.

Great boutique hotel that delivers on style. Very chic dark walls with funky furniture and very modern appliances. There was lots of lighting in the room controlled by 6 or so switches, although I couldn't figure out how to switch off the closet light which creepily shone all night. The bed side light remained half lit after I turned it off which I've never experienced before. The room was great. Nice cozy robe. Free chilled soda and instant coffee. There was a little writing desk with a nice street view. Bed was very comfortable and clean. There is a Bluetooth speaker right next to the bed, but every time it connected to my phone I got a security error message. TV worked out fine. Bathroom was the real jewel. Heated Japanese bidet toilet. A large shower and a huge deep tub. I checked in after dark and was delighted to discover in the morning that on whole wall of the bathroom was a big frosted window. Couldn't see in or out but the light was beautiful. Staff were friendly and informative. I didn't have time to have free breakfast but it looked like fruit, nuts, and salad which is a little sad. They also offered a voucher for on free coffee but had to rush off. The neighborhood is very cool and trendy filled with university students. Transportation is ok. Some buses and bike share near by. Subway is 15 minutes away in the other side of the nightmarket. There are tons of food options from the night market outside from snacks, tea, juice, dessert to sandwiches, noodles, rice, and pasta.
