After I finished the class, I joined my family and started to practice. I myself continued to teach Jade and Lillian. The teachers are very teaching. A	Attila Farkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent yoga studio with amazing staff. I’ve taken two classes from Jade, Therapy and Flow, and both were really good. Jade even accommodated me by repeating things in flawless English! The studio is modern and immaculate. It has showers and lockers with locks. They have nice mats that are included with the class. The only thing you need to bring is a towel if you plan to shower (and maybe water for the class). Their schedule is online (in both Chinese and English). The dropdown menu on their site may have been in Chinese only, but I just took a screenshot and then used Google Translate to find the right words. Or just give them a call or reach out to them on their Facebook.
