"太崩潰了,昨天去總店原本只想給齊腰的長髮小修一下,剛進店並沒指定設計師,由櫃台查尋電腦102年曾經給JOJO做過頭髮,當時櫃台就是JOJO.於是就接手我的服務,在之前就先逛過映臉書下載了幾個喜歡的髮型,因為怕用講的溝通會有出入,當天也給設計師看照片我想要的髮型。一個專業的設計師就該要有專業的態度,我在講髮型他卻回我因為這女生漂亮,言下之意是在說我醜,我可以理解他在人身攻擊,我髮量少我不反駁,我是細軟髮平時照顧也是花很多心血,明明給看照片髮尾只有一個C,他卻削薄我髮尾,我發現他在削薄立刻開口制止,設計師仍然自顧自一直拉幾挫一直削,還說只是削裡面,都己經髮量少了還削什麼。我不管他削裡面還是外面那都是我的頭髮,他害我現在只能把被削薄的髮尾全部都要剪掉,幾乎要到肩膀下了,我太崩潰。早上把問題反應LINE給他,卻把問題全部推到我身上,我一整晚沒辦法睡太讓我心裡不舒服了,剪個留海直接一刀下去就平的左右都沒銜接長髮醜到爆,這個只有家庭理髮才有的樣貌,設計師建議要燙才不會太扁中間線也比較不會開,言下之意燙了就沒這個問題。吹整時設計師也說要向下順著吹留海比較不會開,我照做了但留海還是開了,現在留海是要貼不貼要C不C我只能用夾子固定夾到長長為止。憑什麼我花3600卻要我接受這樣摧殘的頭髮,早上設計師還要我去總店說要送我一瓶髮油,我不須要這個東西。我要一個道歉。我要求退還我$3600,太欺負人了。我會尋求消法官。
