剛才消費完成後,第二次進店裡問問題,發現櫃檯小姐送其他客人超多試用包至少送了六包~七包那位客人只買了一瓶櫻花素顏霜,我買了50ml紅茶安瓶和唇彩,花了1700多卻只額外送了2包試用包!加原本就會贈送的1500元贈品。 所以試用包是門市人員額外看心情給的 ~因為我進去第二次櫃檯人員怕我發現用商品擋住試用包(店內攝影機應該照的非常清楚,櫃檯小姐很心虛!) 問了新的產品包裝與綠茶精華和紅茶安瓶精華用塑膠袋包一起(明星雙茶保濕彈嫩組),卻說現在沒優惠都是原價,沒優惠為何要放在優惠區!(如果是明天4/1就特價商品,為何不直接說明就好) 看網站上是有優惠的組合2200元。 4/25下午接到逢甲店 店長Tina電話說,當下那位客人因為是新客,所以有多送5種試用包,跟我說是誤會!也有看攝影機了解狀況,所以跟我解釋說明一下。 *如果是真的新客贈品就大方的直接送,其實不必特別用商品遮蔽掩蓋,讓顧客覺得小姐這麼做非常奇怪。 (心裡想其實我也曾經是新客) 所以我跟那位店長說,沒關係時間已經過了,都過去了! 那位店長強調剛好那天晚上是在換檔時間,所以有造成誤會的地方,小姐沒有說明清楚很抱歉。 若妳有比較想要的產品試用包,歡迎可以再到店裡索取。 我也不會因為這種事情再去索取什麼地,那是當下的店內服務人員給的感覺! 電話裡的店長小姐說話態度感受,充份展現出此服務業的精神。

The store manager's attitude and feeling on the phone fully demonstrated the spirit of this service industry.
