當日店員在櫃檯玩手機無人介紹商品，跟在巨城店差異非常大。上去詢問店員都還拿著手機，感覺很不好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買到瑕疵品不給退貨硬是說沒問題，店員開了一個新商品比較，我的明明就有問題還睜眼說瞎話一直用話術掩蓋事實，最後也只給換貨……我就已經買新的了還換甚麼，其他東西我也有根本就不需要一直說換貨為主，最後拗不了就又說沒明細不能退貨只能換，以後絕對不會再購買本店商品，門市購買一點保障都沒有。
櫻花美白霜也是超爛用兩次就丟垃圾桶了

第一次知道加入會員可以送這麼多東西，而且態度也很好，只買了兩小條的護手霜也特地給了紙袋裝起來，很用心的感覺（˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首次google評論就給這家了，因5/9時在別的縣市有購買送人，店員會送一些小物及包裝極好，對innisfree 印象不錯。
這間服務不太優，也沒送東西，5/13的時候因工作來新竹，下班時來購買兩條護手霜+控油蜜粉，當時只剩一位女店員，詢問蜜粉相關問題都顯得不耐煩。因這些東西是想送人的，結帳時請店員包裝，卻很像顯得不想包裝，貼膠帶還隨便貼，不直接換過包裝，就當沒事直接交給我。包裝我只能再自己去附近書局重新購買。

The service was not very good, and there was no delivery. I came to Hsinchu for get off work on 5/13. I came to buy two hand creams + oil control powder when I was off work. At that time, there was only one female clerk who asked about the powder. Appears impatient. Because these things are meant to be given away, the clerk was asked to pack them at the checkout, but it seemed like they didn't want to pack them. They taped them and posted them casually. If they didn't change the packaging directly, they just gave it to me as if it was nothing. I can only go to the nearby bookstore to re-purchase the packaging.
