Salary is far below the market.
The overtime pay system is only basic salary, not full salary, please think carefully.
Basic salary is subdivided = basic salary + full attendance + food.
Others are additional allowances: shift allowance, environmental allowance, technical allowance, production bonus, the more you do, the more you get.
The production SOP has been re-modifying the parameters.
