首次寄賣的時候還蠻滿意的,都有賣掉,但金額跟我看直播的金額不一樣,但也只能他們說了算。 之後幾次寄賣的經驗就越來越不好,尤其是換了一批直播主後。 送衣服過去寄賣後,我都會很期待的看每場直播,想知道直播主會怎麼介紹、有沒有賣掉、金額多少,但最後對帳金額、件數都會跟我看直播的不一樣,可是又不知道要怎麼跟他們對,因為也怕是自己漏看到,總之就是他們說了算 然後我送去的衣服基本上都是九成新以上,有瑕疵、髒污、臭味我不會送去,因為被退要去拿也很麻煩,所以如果是見到衣服本尊才覺得款式不ok,被退我也認了,但常常是那種很基本款的連帽外套、棉T被退(材質不是破布喔),這種跟照片幾乎沒有差別的,難道不能在一開始照片審核的時候,就跟我說不行嗎?要讓我扛過去再說要退。 今天看到你們臉書限動說希望客人能有同理心,才讓我有感而發,曾經前一天才去取,隔天又通知有退貨,你們的流程對合作夥伴來說其實也沒什麼同理心啦!也曾經發生兩次拿退貨結果裡面混到別人的衣服,就讓我覺得你們的帳會不會其實都是亂的,反正也是你們說了算~ 以上經驗供大家參考,謝謝大家閱讀

我有寄賣過&購買過 一開始很欣賞inst的經營理念,也感覺到他們很用心。 (衣服品質不需要抱怨、見仁見智) 但只要你寄賣過,你就知道態度的落差了。 『他們比較在乎銷售端,但如果你是"寄賣賣家",抱歉了~~是你有求於他』 1.銷售金額、取回方式、賣了什麼衣服、滯銷什麼衣服。所有都是不透明 2.已發生不只一次,少匯錢 ( 相信很多人不知道自己件數是否正確 ) 3.更扯的是,收到的款項好像包含別人的件數 4.審核失敗要回去取衣服、滯銷再取一次、他把別人衣服放錯再取一次,加起來跑幾趟已經不知道 (但你活該~~) 5.拿過別人衣服 ,店家說可以直接丟掉不用還他 以上等等疏失,讓人最不開心的是, 這對他們來說『理所當然 沒有欠你 是你自己要來賣的』 但是卻常常呼籲、抱怨客人跑單、造成作業流程困擾等 請問同理心呢? 為何高標要求奧客、對自己卻很寬容呢? 上述內容相信很多寄賣家都心有抱怨 (畢竟蠻多人在群組抱怨 但店家態度更硬 沒什麼悔意) 奉勸未來有寄賣念頭的人就當作把衣服捐出去 不要有什麼期待

千萬別找這家賣二手衣,如果可以給0顆星根本不想給星。 打著環保做公益的名號,其實除了明星昂貴的衣服根本看不起素人的服飾,甚麼都是寄賣者承擔,完全沒有合作夥伴的理念,態度極差無比。 1.合約根本是獨裁書,條款沒有任何一點保障寄賣者權益 2.定價完全不透明,店家說了算,還不准過問哪些無法賣 3.正韓、有品牌定義模糊,服飾有沒有保存完整都是店家說了算 4.因為"合約"有寫,不准知道哪些衣服現場審核不通過,所以衣服哪裡有毛球、異味、黃漬,全部都是店家說了算,無從考證 二手衣之所以是二手衣並需要處理掉,就是因為它們已經無法保存得像九成新,如果這麼新也就不需要低價割愛。 條件好的二手衣,首賣還需要15件以上,完全就是把寄賣者設定為消費水準高、衣服買了一陣子換季就可拋棄的有錢人。 標準如此高,卻不一開始就先在公開資訊排除素人的衣服。諮詢流程中憑照片通過半數服飾,浪費寄賣者過長的時間在拍照/洗滌/熨燙衣物,更花了兩倍的運費來回寄送,真的太過分。 如果只想賣名牌就不要以環保/公益這種高道德的名詞來招搖撞騙,其實也不過就是以營利為目的的高檔服飾店而已,寄賣者的時間跟金錢不是可以這樣隨便糟蹋。
