★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本次消費相當不滿意，家中成員大多使用太和工房的水壺、保溫壺，此次前來是因保溫瓶內的橡膠不見了，店員卻一直想要我更換整個瓶蓋，聽到我只要換橡膠而已態度就很差，結帳連謝謝也沒有說。
I am quite dissatisfied with this purchase. Most of the family members use the kettles and thermos from Taihe Kobo. This time I came here because the rubber in the thermos was missing, but the clerk kept asking me to replace the entire bottle cap. I heard that I only need to change the rubber. But the attitude is very poor, and the checkout did not even say thank you.
