搞不懂這麼難用的東西為什麼信用卡公司要合作,客服打進去聲音有氣無力剛睡醒的感覺,回個話也愛理不理,這公司怎麼還能經營?只有實體能用還只有少數店家到底為什麼要為難別人(名字叫一卡通卻處處不通)

line pay帳號被停用僅顯示聯繫客服,但撥打客服電話等候將近半小時仍無法接通,寄email卻回覆無法顯示,只是想找人解決問題都不行,真的很無奈。

給你六顆星 多的一顆在這裡 一卡通MONEY無故停權 說有問題打去問客服 打了電話響了一小時沒人接 官網上面還寫說客服365天全年無休 是所有客服都忙了一小時嗎 上次遺失卡片也是打電話去問客服 也等了半個多小時都沒人接電話 還是根本就沒有客服人員 電話號碼也只是做做樣子留一下

花4620付有線電視費(生活消費),用Line Pay內一卡通MONEY,客服說低消3000才有回饋2%LinePoint,但生活消費不算(交易流程並沒有注意到此規則,可能故意隱藏或小字不明顯?),也就是說我再花3000,才能回饋3000的2%。別家都是7620的2%,還沒有低消。真是花錢買經驗。
