★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電腦壞掉心情已經很不好了，店員態度不太積極，原本講需要另外的東西來傳資料而去買了硬碟來，又說沒有要幫忙傳輸資料，讓人無語。
但後續店家處理好很多，有調監視器確認雙方權益，也有提出相對應的補償，雖然最後需要多跑一趟，但是至少是有誠意解決顧客的損失。
算是有認真在經營及顧及顧客權益，如果要來修，真的要再三確定語意，才不會有所誤解造成不悅。

去的時候在辦活動，單子多的時候疏失難免，沒有免費檢測就算了，但沒黏好導致進水就有點扯了。
本想不提的，但都說了順便講講，當時好評有折扣，店家擅自用我未登出的fb及Google帳號分享粉專+好評，觀感相當不佳，同意參加活動跟同意自行用我帳號發文是兩回事，望知悉。

When I went there, I was holding an event. When there were a lot of orders, it was inevitable that mistakes would be made. If there is no free test, it would be fine, but it would be a bit of a mess if it was not adhered well enough to cause water in.
I didn't want to mention it, but I said that by the way, there were discounts on the good reviews at that time, and the store used my unlogged FB and Google accounts to share fans + good reviews without authorization. Account posting is two different things, I hope to know.
