However quality of products are high and we were well looked after throughout our visit - staff patiently asked what we were looking for and presented us with options to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to get your iPhone or Mac fixed, old or new, for reasonable prices. The customer service is fantastic, friendly and fast and there are English speaking representives thar can help. My laptop’s battery went dead and it was replaced within 2 hours. I later needed a new hard drive which was also quickly serviced within the same day. I highly recommend this place. Talk to Ed. And don’t forget to backup your files on Time Machine! Luckily, they were still able to retrieve 8 days of work files which were not backed up from my last backup date.
