★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales man wasn't very educated with the cell phone. I ended up purchased a Sharp AQUOS S3, which wasn't very competitive with the TMobile service in Taiwan. I ended lost the service that I needed the most in Taiwan. I told the salesman when I walked in the store that I need a phone that I can used it in US.
I ended up spending lots of time to figure out why my us TMobile plan won't work here in Taiwan right after I switched my cell device from Samsung to Sharp AQUOS S3. Even though the sales man tried to help me contacting the Sharp AQUOS supplier and TMobile, I would appreciate if he knows better how to assist a us customer with more sufficient information.
