★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting experience. The food was just above okay. Everything was hot and fres, just nothing specifically tickling my fancy. Service was intended to be Japanese style, which was interesting. Decent lineup outside the shop, that I cannot justify really. There are better places in the same mall.
Nevertheless no regrets. I'd give it a solid 3.6 out of 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Taiwan specialty bowls but they don't seem as nice as the Akamaru bowls Ippudo is known for.
Their variant of Akamaru is also slightly blander than the Global Standard version.
What's good is that it's cheaper than usual compared to SG. And of course, the service that Taiwan is known for.
That's probably why the restaurant is empty.
Overall, not a satisfying experience.

The pork was delicious and soft, they also have many different options for your noodles preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it's like that bad as I expected. One of nice offers is you can choose what kind of noodles cook you like and what salty you like. Also snacks are so yummy. All of staff members are so cordial. The most important thing is that the price is so reasonable.
