★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以在高鐵站就可以吃到拉麵是一件很棒的事！重點是我覺得服務生的態度很好，有考慮到每位乘客候車的時間快慢詢問並給予的相對建議，譬如說趕車就盡量點白丸或赤丸之類的湯底，上菜速度也十分符合高鐵運輸的快這個部分。
原來以爲餐點會跟正規店有所不同，可能是express或mini店型之類，結果也都還ok，客製的麵條軟硬、叉燒、煎餃都有做到和正規店一樣的內容。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位在高鐵站內，也特別在入內用餐前就先確認等等搭車的時間，並在點餐時告知有部分餐點可能會需要等待比較久的時間、盡量避免點選。
最後點了兩碗麵，大約五分鐘就上餐。

除了經典款的白丸拉麵和赤丸拉麵外，
還有後來推出的大名家系豚骨拉麵風味也很棒，
以豚骨湯和雞白湯雙湯頭為基底，
再加入特製醬油。
湯頭芳醇又鹹香。
搭高鐵往返能享用這樣一碗溫熱的拉麵感覺不錯。

湯頭濃郁、辣肉醬夠味，與常吃的日式拉麵標準齊平
主角的麵是細麵-硬，吃起來粉粉的，湯的味道也吸不太進去是最大的敗筆（應該不會是沒熟？）
小菜部分，桌上無調味料以及辣豆芽（沒有傳聞中的辣豆芽，殘念）
飲料以及杯水沒冰塊（點餐時有選少冰）
叉燒飯味道較重（甜鹹），還算可以接受，煎餃還不錯
希望下次再過來吃能讓我改評價，但一風堂的細麵我可能不敢再嘗試了

The char siu rice has a strong taste (sweet and salty), which is acceptable. The fried dumplings are not bad
I hope I can change my evaluation when I eat it again next time, but I might not dare to try Ippudo's thin noodles anymore
