★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irent的租借系統非常不穩，我們當天12/25要取車的時候臨時系統故障，然後客服打了半個小時終於打通也無法幫忙解決問題，只好在附近的租車公司趕快租一台，差點讓我們來不及趕到預定的旅館，真的很不負責。
Irent’s rental system was very unstable. When we had to pick up the car on 12/25 that day, the system malfunctioned temporarily. The customer service called for half an hour and finally got through and couldn’t help solve the problem. So we had to rent one from a nearby car rental company and almost let it go. We didn't have time to get to the booked hotel, so we were really irresponsible.
