★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t put your expectations high. Worst service I’ve ever encountered in Taiwan. They won’t bother to give you updates. Even the said “manager” that will call us back within 24 hours as promised, never calls. That manager doesn’t have the courtesy to send us a message that he is unavailable within the promised time and reschedule with us. Even just to ask them to send us an EMAIL update on the current situation of the accident case that was not our fault (we got hit), they said they CANNOT send any email on this matter. That’s very ridiculous. What makes them so secretive on this case?
They know it’s not our fault, yet we are not allowed to have our account back. So I guess they have lost a loyal customer (we used irent for 3 years without any issues), all just because of lousy customer service during this case.
