★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganized, grotty and slapdash. I waited for about twenty minutes to be achnoledged in spite of making eye contact on multiple occasions. The bikes were not oiled, never mind cleaned. I took one and the chain snapped in the tunnel. I pushed it out of the tunnel and called the number. No one answered. I tried several more times. No joy. I pushed the bike back and they gave me another. No offer if a refund or even an apology.
