產品壞掉總公司的售後服務爛到不能再爛!流程拖了又拖……官方的line也是已讀不回,直接打電話到鳳山的總公司詢問,就連當主管的態度也很差!說真的,產品如果再壞一次我也懶得修了,會直接跟別家購買。(業主的回覆答非所問、避重就輕!就說了,是你們的售後服務有問題!而且哪裡來的耐心?難道我錢已經先匯了,問零件何時寄到,這問題在業主的角度叫不合理?那請問什麼問題才叫合理?什麼問題你們才願意有耐心回覆及處理?況且你們的售後服務不好,我也不是唯一一個反應的,不能接受顧客們的批評指教還好意思拿高級車比喻,令人傻眼!)

4月剛買擴香儀並儲值了2萬,當初特別問店員該金額是否可以在別的門市使用,被告知只能在儲值的門市使用,但是...去了3次門市,1次代班不懂如何使用儲值的系統,2次門市都沒有人,還必須打電話詢問門市人員位置,不懂該門市怎麼有辦法生存下去。悲慘的事情是...用了3個月的擴香儀壞了!送修時就像上述,顧客必須打電話給門市人員!同時間...談話中門市人員告知...準備於月底撤櫃,然後說...儲值的金額可以拿到夢時代的門市,那個是絕對不會撤櫃的地方。那不就還好我的擴香儀壞掉,又剛好我們有問相關資訊,才會得知你們準備撤櫃的消息,當天立即決定把所有儲值的金額用掉,以免以後找不到地方用;在那邊儲值的顧客....別忘了趕快去把金額用一用,不然以後就只能到高雄去囉!!!產品看起來OK,但服務的方式,一定會讓你倒抽一口氣!

購買意思集的擴香儀因為壞掉,送修一個多月後,無消無息,主動打去詢問還得到這樣的回答:「有傳簡訊給妳、有打電話妳都沒接!」問題是一封簡訊也沒收到、也沒有未接來電。接著說維修要多少錢後,承諾會再主動聯絡,又是兩個禮拜過去了,只好主動聯絡意思集,在夢時代的櫃位手機未接,只好打去總公司,公司轉達夢時代櫃位後,小姐打來又是一樣的說辭:「已經傳簡訊了。」但是我根本沒收到啊!建議購買他們家產品要小心,最好東西不要壞掉,單價不便宜如果機器壞了你可能會想維修,但換來的就是一肚子氣,覺得寧願不要修,或是後悔當初為何要購買!這家的售後服務處理得很差,請大家三思!
