 My personal experience with this office is very positive. If you think the bureaucracy here is complex, you have no idea how much worse it is in Italy.

Not helpful and hard to get information on what documents to prepare on the poorly designed website.
It was really dreadful experience, glad it’s over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the office today without appointment as we are just trying if they could help us, and the pretty lady help us as much she can do to process my kids passport application without appointment. ☺️ So, I am going to give their service 5 stars for being nice and accommodating.
