Wedding photography is necessary in a Chinese wedding. Many years ago, i saw my friend's wedding photo, the quality is very nice. I was thinking, if i'm getting married and taking wedding photography, Ivy Bride must be my choice. After many years, I met my wife and we decided Ivy Bride without considering another bridal house. Coincidentally, my brother in law also one of the customer at Ivy Bride when we announced our planning to family. Day 1, On the day we reached Taiwan (we're from Malaysia), we had a meeting with our coordinator Lisa and our stylist Candy. There are plenty of wedding gowns for us to choose but we don't have any ideas on how to choose and decided to let Lisa choose for us. After few filter and fitting, we decided the gowns in less than 2 hours. We still have the plenty of time to rest for a night before photo shooting on the next day. Day 2, Candy waited for our arrival and make up for us early in the morning. Then, we met our photographer Josh and depart to the photo shooting venue. It is very convenient and relaxing venue for photo shooting. By paying entrance fee, you'll have a changing/make up room for a long day photo shooting. In just half a day, we completed our photo shooting with the help of the crew. Every single person is very professional and we're very satisfied on the whole process. Day 3, The last day, we're choosing our photos for our wedding album. We met a problem here. All photos taken are so nice! But we need to control our budget! After some hard time filtering, we decided to add our budget to get more precious photo. The overall experience is very nice with Ivy Bride. The staffs are very professional and helpful in all matter. Lisa even introduced us a hotel with natural hot spring and we really had a great time.

I had a great experience working with Ivy Bride. Ivy Bride is a group of talented and experienced workers that make my time very enjoyable and feel at ease. During the dress selection process, everyone gave me good suggestions and they did not feel annoyed when I asked to try on so many dresses. Kelly has good taste and she picked the top three dresses for me and I really like them. They were also flexible and let me choose two white wedding dresses and one evening gown instead of one white wedding dress and two evening gowns. Candy was my make up artist and she is amazing. She is super talented in doing make-up and hair and I am super happy with the results of my make-up and hair. Although that day was raining really hard; Candy was very attentive and made sure my hair and make-up is good throughout the photography period. Josh was our photographer and Alan was our assistant photographer. They were both very patient and directed us how to pose as we both were novice in taking pictures. Josh's photography skill is magnificent and was able to capture every moment perfectly. The style of the pictures is exactly what we wanted. Anita was our assistant sales and she is very patient and attentive. Throughout the process, we do not feel pressured to buy more. Everyone at Ivy Bride made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Amazing service! So professional, Lisa was amazing with every step of the process. Day of, Candy did my makeup very professionally and accommodated to all of my concerns, Josh was super patient and understanding with posing. From the time we booked the reservation online (months ahead of our Asia trip), Ivy Bride connected us with Anita who is fluent in English to our arrival for the outfit selection, everything was so well managed for a great experience for our family. The staff were accommodating and cheerful. The day of the photo shoot and make up, the make up artist provided us with recommendations for my daughter and my hairstyles which matched our dresses so perfectly. The make up was amazing (wish I could have this type of quick and professional service in Canada for wedding parties !). Anita, our host was utmost helpful in every aspect of our family portrait experience and was always there to interpret in English with the crew and help us through all 3 days. She was very patient and ensured we always had fun yet ensuring we get the best experience. The photographer was amazing and knew all of our best angles for optimum photo taking ! The photos turned out so beautiful that it will be our lasting memories for life. Everything was perfect. Sincere Thank You to all the staff that helped us with our memorable family portrait experience including the young lady who helped me decide our dresses - she was so cheerful!

Highly recommend Ivy-Bride for your photography needs! We really felt taken care of from communication, dress/suit picking, photoshoot, to photo selection. Despite coming from abroad, Anita took extra efforts to make us feel comfortable and welcomed (you should work with her if you can)! She was so patient with us for dress/suit selection and always prioritized our satisfaction. Candy is an excellent hair and makeup artist - we had three different styles and her talent was apparent with how quickly she can change up the styles and make you look beautiful. Our photographer, Josh gave us posing directions and crafted each shot with care and diligence. We had unexpected rain and location change, but he helped us find a new location and worked his magic. Sometimes we felt like we couldn't meet his expectations with the posing but the photos came out amazing because of his keen eye! Ray assisted with the photoshoot, and he was hustling/working hard ALL day, helping with every need - impressive! Thank you Ivy-Bride team for a memorable and lovely experience!

Great service and experience. Ordered the pre-wedding photo package online and communicated through email until I arrived in Taipei. The weather was forecasted to rain on the day I originally chose for the shoot and they managed to change it for us and the weather was perfect! Free lunch on both days (choosing gowns and photoshoot) which was a great bonus :)

Memorable moment kelly and the photographer team give us during my photography session...Kelly make us feel so warm with her welcome hand, we will never feel hungry with the food provided by kelly. Candy is very talent in make up, the photographer is experience and know what I want. Thanks again to the team, make us a unforgettable memory...
