★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目前承租兩次，採用電話預約。新車車輛都很好，服務人員也都有仔細講解車輛使用方式。不過沒辦法像其他家一樣加購全險。
Currently leased twice, by telephone appointment. The new cars are all very good, and the service staff also carefully explain how to use the vehicles. However, there is no way to add full insurance like other homes.

店裏服務人員態度真的很差
一進門也不確定要不要先租車
就先跟我要信用卡、駕照、身分證
我都還不知道車況ok不ok就先要證件
不是都先看車子狀況好壞？
介紹完是否要承租再來給證件和刷卡嗎？

網路上訂了的車型，到現場發現是另一款，雖然訂車時確實有一排小字說：不保證車型 可能是其他同級車款…
可能連假，車吃緊，摸摸鼻子認了。但車況不好，服務人員態度也很差，彷彿：「早就跟你說啦，公司規定就是這樣（雙手攤）」
不是，心情就已經不是很好了，至少人員可以口氣好點吧… 雙重打擊，桑心

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年春節期間租車，是少數可以在春節連假期間租少於三天的租車公司。這對只有安排兩天一夜行程的我們非常方便。
先在IWS官方Line確定租車日期跟車款，支付訂金後到現場付尾款。租到一台才剛出廠三個月的Ford Focus Active，車況很新，爬上合歡山也很夠力。朋友們十分滿意。
還車加油時，因習慣用自助加油，但加油站的自助加油的油槍感測太靈敏，沒有加到滿即跳停。再跑一趟加油站，請加油站員工幫忙加滿。
交車時跟還車時的接待人員都很親切！
下次再到台中租車會再考慮IWS。
Renting a car during the Spring Festival in 2022 is one of the few car rental companies that can rent for less than three days during the Spring Festival holiday. This is very convenient for us who only have two days and one night itineraries.
First confirm the rental date and car payment on the IWS official Line, pay the deposit and then pay the balance at the scene. I rented a Ford Focus Active that has only been out of the factory for three months. Friends are very satisfied.
When returning the car to refuel, I used to use self-service refueling, but the self-refueling fuel gun at the gas station was too sensitive, and it jumped to a stop if it was not full. Make another trip to the gas station and ask the gas station staff to fill it up.
The reception staff at the time of delivery and return of the car are very kind!
Next time I go to Taichung to rent a car, I will consider IWS again.

The car rental location is convenient; the car is full of new ones; the service staff's explanations are not detailed and careful, but they are still comprehensive, and the rules are similar to other car rental companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting in Taiwan is a pain, insurance is limited and if you don't report to police you for every little thing happen to your car...means you are liable for the lost of car rental income and also cost of repair(even a slightless scratch) I feel like they can charge you any amount as you have no collateral, but they have your credit card details.
Fyi...after reading the T&C I decide not to rent it, i drove and rent in so many countries first time encountering this kind of clause and law...where is the comprehensive insurance?
