★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a prerty new white Honda fit and 4 days for $5400 because of some promotions, the car for 3 adults has no problem go up Alisha, gas millage is great, and there are people kept constant touch via Line, I didn't know that I have to press on the break to start the engine, aomeone line me back within minutes, highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 day 7 passengers van, pickup was not too bad, took about 20 min. Van was in a good condition. We drive majority on free way on the 1st day, but next morning the battery was totally dead. We were in panic due to the schedule and there were not shop open on Sunday. Gladly we called the insurance company, after 45 minutes, the send service to jump our van. Initially we thought our kids forgot to turn off inside lights, but it was just a bad battery. We spend $8200 NT, and got a dead battery car!! :( We called a company try to file complaints to the manager 2x, but no response from them..will never rent a vehicle from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car for 20 days, got upgraded for free and got a brand new Volkswagen Golf so the trip was great and the driving experience was superb.
The staff is very nice and know English well enough for us to communicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with IWS. They were thorough, helpful and very easy to communicate with. The car was brand new and in perfect condition, a joy to drive. And someone at the company was always accessible for questions via Line. They're now my go to for any car rentals in Taiwan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was nice but they didnt do the annual treatment and only after short ride the engine oil lit started. Thier coustomer service didn't answer so i had to replace the oil in the garage who told me that the car didn't took care on time. I paid 100$ for the annual treatment and iws doesn't want to take this responsibility and give me back the money. Not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a Mitsubishi Lancer here. We paid $1800NT ($80 CAD) for 24 hours (with insurance/taxes). Happy with the rental, I think with another company you’re going to pay at least 150% more. I would rent here again.
If you’re a Canadian, fun fact: you actually don’t need an international drivers license. Taiwan and Canada have an agreement where we can drive on each others roads using the same license. You just show your provincial drivers license and passport.
Driving in Taiwan is very easy. Everything is clearly marked and the roads are really well organized. I highly recommend it.
