★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小姐回答仔細溫柔，有耐心，還到嘉義高鐵站接送，很方便，車子很新，車地板有煙蒂，行前檢查車子四角下方，還車時檢查四角+四個車門下方底盤，發現右後車門下方有樹枝擦痕，認定應由承租人賠償，ㄧ口價1500，租車十數次，第一次遇到這種情況。學了一課！感謝IWS!

因閃車關係有擦傷車殼，賠償金部分比想像中的合理。
撇除無火車站接駁之外整體都很棒。
