L	LOVE瑋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相信大家租車都會稍微看一下店家的評價，這次是租國產7人座2日，取車時會幫忙檢查車輛的狀況，還會主動說哪裡有稍微有擦傷(蠻貼心的)，還車也非常快速唷。租金只能用刷卡付款喔！還車時會再核對行駛里程數400公里/日，行駛超過需加收5元/公里，ETAG費用是收現金。這次租車方式：電話預約→預約代號→官網刷卡預付訂金(店家會告知金額)→取車刷卡租金尾款→檢查車輛→取車→還車→里程檢查→ETAG→外觀檢查 I believe that everyone who rents a car will look at the evaluation of the store. This time I rent a domestic 7-seater for 2 days. When I pick up the car, I will help to check the condition of the vehicle. I will also take the initiative to say where there is a slight scratch (very caring), and the return of the car is also very good. Quick yo. Rent can only be paid by swipe card! The day before we were to arrive in Kaohsiung to pick up the car, we discovered that we had failed to change the dates for our rental when our plans changed. Nevertheless, IWS was very accommodating and helped us find exactly the car we needed. I highly recommend IWS to anyone who needs a rental car in Kaohsiung.
M	Martin Pedersen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY poor customer experience when returning the car... feeling like a criminal being under serious accusation. Hence my advice to all future customers, please check for stains and scratches under the car and document anything that may cause a dispute on return. Please also make sure you have a Chinese speaking person with you as English language capabilities are non existing. Our car turned out to have a scratch (removeable so hence more like a stain) under the car, something we didn't notice when we rented it and NOT noticeable when you look at the car (see photo and judge for yourself) and the lady who inspected the car with us at the time, didn't guide us to thoroughly check under the car. We insisted that the scratch happened before our renting took place and after lengthy discussions finally the service people took it to a professional who used a cloth and wax and was able to remove it with a few minutes of effort. Conclusions was that we were let go without having to pay more than the 22.000 NT$ we already paid for 4 days renting, but the feeling was awful. This is the last time I will use IWS!
