非常的專業又很有耐心（很帥?），指導我很多元的運動方式，讓我在居家也能隨時運動，不會侷限於地點，多元的方式讓運動不無聊。循序漸進的教學沒有壓力，讓學員可以清楚知道要用哪一塊肌肉，也會協助指導飲食的改善。我的教練超棒！
I want to recommend the coach Ziv???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不同於其它連鎖健身房，傑克給人很有家的感覺，尤其Kenny教練真的很用心，總是能為不同狀態下的我設定適合我的課程，和教練可以很有默契。在這裡除了健身也練心，每次上課總是能讓身心愉悅，教練人真的很nice長得也很帥? 在這裡運動和上課真的很放鬆很開心！
Different from other chain gyms, Jack gives people a very homey feeling, especially Coach Kenny is really attentive. He can always set courses suitable for me under different conditions, and he can have a good understanding with the coach. In addition to fitness, you can also train your mind here. Every time you take a class, you can always make your body and mind happy. The coaches are really nice and handsome. It is really relaxing and happy to exercise and take classes here!
