★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Inconsistent. The first time I used them, had a decent result, but the second and third time were just awful. Last cleaning lady sent had no prior experience. Spent 4 hours in my home without actually cleaning anything. To make matters worse she broke the oil screen on my range hood by forcing it out. If I could give these people no stars I would.
